PROPER NUTRITION for EVERY PERSON

What is nutrition? It is the process of eating the right kind of food so you can grow properly and be healthy. It also indicates how healthy a person is by having a well balanced diet combined with regular physical activities which will lead to a well balanced nutrition. Poor nutrition leads to reduced body immunity against bacteria and virus, being prone to certain diseases and physical or mental disorder. Why Nutrition Month is very important to us? What are the advantages of joining or conducting a certain activity about nutrition?

According to WHO, nutrition is the intake of food in relation to the body's dietary needs. Nutrition Month is the month that is filled with activities relating to our health. It gives us important details on how we eat our food in our everyday life. It gives tips about the importance of having a healthy lifestyle in preventing certain diseases. We all already know that a lot of people hate eating vegetables and fruits because they think that it taste unpleasant to them even though they haven't tasted it for their first time. Our government conducts activities in celebration of Nutrition Month by which kids and adult people are urged to eat vegetables, fruits and other healthy meal ad also, they conduct lectures and programs to help people to have a healthy lifestyle.

 Nutrition Month is celebrated to have a healthy lifestyle and a proper nutrition and change their lifestyle. One example is changing a person who has a sedentary lifestyle. We must join these kind of activities so that we could have some knowledge and good guidance about our nutrition habit and to have a healthy lifestyle.
